A merlot to capture the imagination! This unfiltered Merlot has aromas
of dried flowers contrasting with
blackberry jam, roasted hazelnut
and a hint of oak. On the palate, bright cherry, sweet currant and
strawberry fruit are carried by a powerful structure and well-balanced
acidity.

Blended in the Bordeaux style, this red has a spicy bouquet, deep color & exhibits
full-bodied flavors of cherry, blackberry & spice. Just enough
Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc are blended to give great depth & complexity.
Rombauer

This 2004 vintage Merlot exhibits a ripe, juicy core of blueberry,
plum and black cherries that glide across the palate. Quite dry, with
soft acidity. Elegantly styled, this wine displays rich spice notes
that highlight the fruit and add to the complexity of the wine. A full-bodied,
round finish is accentuated with hints of cedar and vanilla.
